Truffle ceremony in a monastery
Lut experienced her special truffle ceremony
It is super hard to put words to this experience.
My words do fall short…… and what a special location this monastery is.
What you read about it; sense of oneness, you really experience it. You are that oneness. Everything is simultaneously present and experienced in its totality….
Experiencing the oneness that we actually are, our essence, that incredible intelligence.
And that in different dimensions, many different “spaces= in circles that move, and extra fog of gold, sometimes different colors again. Always entering mystical spaces where there was tremendous waiting.
You don’t hear the music; You are that music.
Also the music always brought me to an incredible experience. Either I was experiencing something and the music was right; or because of the lyrics in the music, I was experiencing it that way.
Connectedness and unity
- So there was a “dance “between my soul and my body; such a connection, such a oneness…..
- My soul who at one point said to me; in a kind of close embrace, how happy she was with me.
- A moment of incredible oneness between my siblings’there are 10 of us at home, so there are quite a few things missing (earthly speaking). And there we were laughing, laughing together.
- Contemplating the mother line, we flowed from each other, apart, my daughter last; and the path went on and on like a whirlwind. This experience also happened very rhythmically with a speed; again and again.
- What was also funny, the people I had told about my ceremony (daughter, son and brother) were often with me in the same sacred spaces, having tremendous fun, we also just talked to each other. We said mostly very humorous comments to each other.
Huge laughter in this monastery
- I laughed a lot anyway, I think to myself; so hard that my stomach hurt, I said to the others: stop it, I’m dying of laughter, I’m pissing in my pants from laughing.
- Caitlin, who accompanied me on the journey, who by the way is invisibly present, told me afterwards that at times I was crying too. (did not surprise me, fortunately even: old “hurt and sorrow” was also simply touched and possibly cleared away.
- Again, in another room, I experienced my late husband as a blur, as a clear energy, on top of some kind of mountain, the floodgates opened and everything was able to flow again at speed. My children and I were booing with joy.
- I also experienced that my soul in another mysterious space said to me: go and fully inhabit your body. (I had asked to get good flow in my body).
Wolves in this monastery?
- At another moment we were laughing so much and enjoying the journey, then again someone smilingly said: you are loafing and enjoying; you are here with a mission, also with a certain purpose, don’t forget that, you went to discover your soul mission; while at the same moment voices whispered laughing: there is another one of those here who comes to look for her soul while forgetting that she is herself, and always carrying it inside. And laugh and laugh……
- I also saw wolves more often, or foxes, at least canine animals. And also often that you start from a rabbit, a fox, become a deer, go higher to a lion and fly away like an eagle. So that unity again…. And as continuous rhythmic through.
- Before the ceremony you draw tarot cards, you get to see them afterwards ; very striking, the image of the tarot card I have seen more than once during my journey. The other is correct because this was one of my unsolicited intentions, which I do have as a question. And the third image I literally saw on my journey and experienced as described.A huge encore to your journey.
Conversation with my soul
- What was also tremendously special, at one point, again another dimension, my soul tells me; because you are here I can experience myself. That truffle is that truffle; through this ceremony, through you, the soul can experience meaning.
- Several times I felt my soul reconnect with my body, come in for a moment and then flop out again. I often saw myself lying down; I was a kind of observer and also the participant at the same time.
- Again in another dimension, I experienced that there is no difference between guilt and innocence; there is no perpetrator or victim; felt tremendous empathy and sorrow for the one who: “hurt me.” Experience that this is just not so because there are soul commitments; there are also souls who sacrifice. Deep respect for them. Again, that oneness between opposites.
A beautiful old monastery where a lot of sacred energy is already floating around
Important to say that these are words and fall short of my experiences.
There was more, often feelings of deep deep gratitude, joy, trauma s, a dancing feeling, knowing that I am part of the big -whole, a part. Also experienced homesickness.
Big compliments to Caitlin who guided me during my inner journey. Certainly the location plays along as very valuable (a beautiful old monastery where a lot of sacred energy is already floating around).
The ceremony is carefully composed, you are very safely guided to the moment when the journey is about to begin. You are met with tremendous love and are given delicious food after the ceremony which makes you fully land again.
Also a big thank you for the great play-list and all the time I got. Everything revolved around me.

The Bovendonck Monastery
The Bovendonck Monastery in Hoeven, located in peaceful North Brabant, is a historic site that has its origins in the Middle Ages. Founded in 1247 by the Order of the Cistercians, the monastery has been a center of religious life throughout the centuries. The monastery has a rich history of monastic traditions, study and prayer. Today the Bovendonck Monastery is a place of rest and contemplation, where visitors can still experience the spirituality and tranquility of the monastery. The grounds have a beautiful garden and are surrounded by nature, making it ideal for walks and meditation. The monastery itself is sometimes used for conferences and retreats, combining the ancient spirituality of the place with modern interpretations.
The rich history of the Bovendonck Monastery and its current role as a meeting place for spiritual and cultural activities make it a special destination for anyone interested in the history of religion, tranquility and personal growth.
