What are psychedelic truffles?
Psychedelic truffles are a fungus that when eaten give psychedelic effects. Truffles are the legal underground parts of the illegal above-ground magic mushrooms. Truffles are legal in that they do not fall under the Dutch Opium Act because they are not mushrooms. This is because they are the underground fungal threads or sclerotia of certain mushrooms. Truffles are 100% safe according to the RIVM.
Psychedelic truffles; Sclerotia & Mycelium????
In the truffles (Sclerotia; say the underground storage nodules of the mycilium and magic mushrooms) there are the substances psilocybin, psilocin and baeocystin. These substances are also found in magic mushrooms. Mushrooms and truffles, through these substances, give enhanced perception of light, color, sound, emotions, memories etc.
By approaching these emotions and memories, their causes (traumas) can be relived and processed. Because of this we are able to pursue many goals during a ceremony with psychedelic truffles including processing. traumas.
Nixon's War on Drugs
U.S. President Nixon declared the War on Drugs in 1971 which was actually a follow-up to drug prohibition legislation from 1914 and 1920. Unfortunately, psychedelics were then immediately labeled as drugs which made their medicinal and therapeutic application illegal.
Fortunately, there is a lot of research being done again these days on the therapeutic effects of psychedelics. In the 1950s and 1960s, this was already being researched until the war on drugs was declared.
Psychedelics such as LSD, Mescaline, DMT and Psilocybin were banned from all forms of therapy with a huge setback for all therapists and patients.
Chemical composition of psychedelic truffles and psychedelics
The chemical formulas of psychedelics are very similar to Serotonin, a stimulating neurotransmitter in our brain and body. It affects our sleep rhythm, pain impulses, self-confidence, memory, appetite, emotions, perception and orgasm. Furthermore, serotonin plays an important role in addictions, depression, burnout and aggression. Because the chemical composition of psychedelics are very similar to serotonin, they match the Serotonin neurotransmitters in the brain.
Serotonin is also called the happiness hormone because it makes you feel good. A derivative of this is also found in bananas and chocolate. Hence we like that so much
Classical psychedelics (psilocybin, mescaline, DMT/Ayahuasca, LSD) resemble the serotonin molecule that matches our neurotransmitters in the brain. These are involved in many emotions in the brain and in our bodies.

Research on psychedelic truffles
Nowadays, therapy with other substances is also being researched. Many psychedelics enable patients to “process and resolve their traumas, PTSD, burnouts, depression, etc. Veterans who suffered severe trauma in war zones are relieved of their trauma after only a few sessions. As a result, they are able to live a nice life again.

Want to trip or go on a spiritual journey with psychedelic truffles?
During the ceremony, we make tea from the psychedelic truffles or a cocoa mixture. Almost everyone requires a different amount of truffles. The truffle ceremony cannot be compared to a trip during, say, a festival.
After all, we are using a lot more truffles than you would take during a recreational trip. Because of this, this spiritual journey cannot be compared to a trip. Also, of course, the intention is very different.
Psychidelic truffles are not addictive. They provide visions and insights. After about 10 to 20 minutes after drinking the tea, the first visual effects begin to take effect. A wobbly feeling may result, making participants eager to lie on a bed. The spiritual journey is about to begin. The trip will take between two and five hours, depending on the participant.
During the journey, different emotions such as crying, laughing and deep silence are interspersed. Your body continues to function as normal during a truffle ceremony. There’s nothing to be afraid of.
The spiritual effects last for a long time. Many participants say the therapeutic impressions can persist for up to 6 weeks after the ceremony with psychedelic truffles. Puzzle pieces sometimes fall into place during the spiritual journey but often this happens in the days and weeks following the ceremony. Give it time and have faith in how it works.

Psychedelic truffles and their effects
Magic truffles are a natural product that can induce powerful psychedelic experiences. The active ingredient in these truffles is psilocybin, a substance that is converted into psilocin in the body. This causes changes in consciousness, sensory perception and thoughts. Psychedelic truffles are often compared to magic mushrooms because they contain the same substance psilocybin. The main difference is that truffles grow underground, while magic mushrooms originate above ground.
There are different types of magic truffles, each with its own strength and effect. Some species offer a light, euphoric experience, while others can cause profound spiritual insights and intense visual hallucinations. The intensity of a trip depends on the type of truffle, the dosage and the user’s personal sensitivity.
Using magic truffles can lead to a sense of connection with yourself and the world around you. Many people experience deep introspection and gain insights that can help with personal growth. Due to its influence on the brain, fixed thought patterns are broken, which can be helpful in processing emotions or addressing mental blocks.
Although psychedelic experiences with truffles are often positive, it is important to use them in a safe and supportive environment. A good mindset and setting play a major role in the course of the experience.
