Trauma processing during a truffle ceremony
What is going to happen?
Trauma, according to psychologist and author Peter Levine, is not the traumatic event but what that event has done to your nervous system. Because of this, everyone has trauma even though most people think they don’t. After all, they don’t have to be big immersive traumas like kidnapping, murder or war.
Trauma processing is important. Trauma is always the cause of anxiety in your afterlife. Fear of losing control or not being good enough. Fear of losing or fear of not being liked. Or, for example, the fear of dying or being hurt again or feeling pain.
Anxiety and trauma can manifest itself in multiple ways, for example, because you may be nervous, nail-biting or have phobias. Anxiety can manifest itself in the form of, for example, plein frees, aggression or a narcotic addiction through alcohol or drugs. Panic attacks, insecurity and hypochondria should certainly not be excluded here. Anxiety and trauma can manifest in many ways.
Trauma processing
You get into a negative spiral when you live in fear. Perhaps it will begin to affect or even control your daily life. Because of past traumas, you now live in fear. There is nothing left to do but to start processing your traumas.
This can be done with many different therapies but also very effectively with a truffle ceremony with integration talks. Especially talking about what you have to deal with will help you. You start to feel lighter and the days get easier. This is because you will live less in fear because you are relieved of your traumas. For this purpose, we have written the Program for Transformation that will help you deal with your problems or challenges in 12 weeks.
Don't let a trauma from your past affect your future anymore!
Stop letting yourself be influenced for those unpleasant events of the past. Process these traumas during a truffle ceremony and get a finer life. Live your own life and don’t care too much about others. Especially not what you all see on social media.
Be yourself and discover yourself, love yourself unconditionally!
When you no longer fear past trauma or future issues, you can live more in the NOW. Face your demons and process your traumas. Only then can personal growth be realized. We invite you to work on yourself in our practice “the Travel Office for Personal Growth.”
Trauma processing & research
Research has shown that unresolved trauma can worsen the immune system. This can make you feel sick but can also cause diseases to develop that show up later in life. On average, you are 30% more likely to have a heart attack or breast cancer if you do not resolve your traumas. Those are shockingly many!
You can think of many traumas. Many traumas are based on horrific past events, but there are also traumas with a much smaller cause.
Examples of a one-time intense traumatic experience include a (traffic) accident, robbery, fire or the sudden death of a loved one. Witnessing this is also considered a shocking event.
Chronic traumatization involves repeated and often prolonged violence, danger, threats, or abuse. This is the case, for example, with long-term medical treatment, sexual abuse within the family, or physical abuse over an extended period. In cases of sexual abuse, we always try to assign a therapist of the same gender.
Negative events that people can experience trauma from include; bankruptcy, illness in the family, burnout, bore-out, rejection at job applications or auditions, termination of a relationship, adoption or birth of a child, failing an exam, relationship problems, depression, dismissal, violence, loss of a loved one, cheating, abuse, etc.
A shocking event can leave deep marks. Whether it is a one-time traumatic event or long-term trauma, processing is essential to regain balance. Everyone processes a traumatic experience in their own way and at their own pace. Sometimes a profound event fails to let go, which can lead to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
In the second stage of processing, the process of acceptance and healing begins. This can be done with therapies such as EMDR or cognitive behavioral therapy, but alternative methods such as a truffle ceremony can also provide support. A truffle ceremony helps in feeling through and releasing emotional blockages stuck after traumatic events.
For people with post-traumatic PTSD, it can be important to start healing as soon as possible, without forcing the process. Truffles open the door to deeper layers of consciousness, providing insights and speeding up processing. In this way you can give space to your experiences in a natural and safe way and step by step regain your power.
Our free Integration Guide will help you with this. You can download it after you book a truffle ceremony.

Inner Child Work During a Truffle Ceremony
Inner Child work is a form of personal development that focuses on healing the wounds and traumas we experienced during our childhood.
The purpose of this practice is to help us reconnect with our inner child and free ourselves from the pain and fear that may still hold us back in our daily lives.
By returning to different stages of our childhood during a truffle ceremony, we can bring various experiences to the surface and process them. In the field of regression therapy, this is called inner child therapy or inner child work.
During pregnancy, childbirth, and early childhood, various memories and the first traumas are formed. Some memories are incredibly pleasant, while others are extremely painful or threatening.
Even soul memories from past lives can influence this. These experiences have led you to take on certain roles, exhibit certain behaviors, and as a result, make certain decisions—decisions you continue to make today. The associated beliefs have become important to you; they help, limit, influence, and guide you every day.
There are various ways to do inner child work, and a relatively new approach involves using truffles. Truffles, also known as magic truffles, are a type of truffle with psychoactive properties. In the right dosage and setting, they can be used to expand consciousness and gain new insights.
Inner child work helps us recognize and heal old pain from our childhood so that we can feel good enough in our adult lives. By working with our inner child, we can soothe our own emotional wounds and live in the present with more self-love. Inner child work offers a deeper connection with ourselves and helps us view our own experiences with greater compassion.
First stage of life
Pain and fear also arise during this first phase of life. This can happen during pregnancy, but also before that. It’s important to process these experiences and memories so that you can live without being conditioned by them. After all, the norms and values you’ve learned may not at all align with your life, your soul’s purpose, or your current state of being.
During the truffle ceremony, we can trace these memories back to their origins. Their origins may even lie in a past life. Some deep-seated traumas date back to before your birth. These are then connected to your subconscious and your soul.
During the truffle ceremony, we’ll address these memories so they can be processed. In addition to negative memories, you may also experience very positive and beautiful moments from past lives. Fortunately, it’s not all doom and gloom when we go back to past lives.
You can go back a very long way with inner child work
You can also experience birth, death, and your time in the womb—from this life and from past lives. Reliving these experiences helps release them from your system and your soul. Saying goodbye to loved ones is also part of truffle ceremonies—saying goodbye to loved ones from this life as well as from past lives.
During a truffle ceremony, you realize that these memories are truly memories. It goes beyond mere fantasy or retelling a movie you’ve seen. The power of the plant medicine shows you exactly what you’re capable of handling right now. Trust that you’re on the right path and that you can process your negative memories in a loving way.
During your early years, decisions were made for you over which you had no control. Decisions that were made without your consent. By recognizing and experiencing this during the truffle ceremony, you can bring closure to any lingering dissatisfaction you may have about this. You were just a small child who, unfortunately, wasn’t heard. Bringing this to a close creates space in your present and future life.
What is inner child work?
Inner Child work is a therapeutic approach that focuses on recognizing and healing the childlike aspects of ourselves that still influence our current behavior, emotions, and beliefs. This inner child may include aspects of innocence, spontaneity, and creativity, but also trauma, pain, and unmet needs from our childhood.
Inner child work often involves reliving early experiences and processing the emotions associated with them. The goal is to create a safe space in which these feelings can be acknowledged and processed, which can lead to profound emotional healing and a more integrated sense of self. A truffle ceremony is ideal for this.
Inner child work is a powerful way to heal deep-seated wounds and develop a more complete, integrated sense of self. A truffle ceremony at Truffle-ceremony.com can be a valuable catalyst for this process by providing access to repressed emotions, promoting emotional healing, and fostering a deeper connection with the inner child.
