This chapter explores how you can continue the path to self-care and self-development so that the ceremonies and the Program for Transformation can have a lasting impact on your life.

The meaning of self-care after transformation

The experience of a truffle ceremony can be profound and life-changing, often revealing a new view of yourself and your life. Self-care becomes a core part of daily life after transformation.

Self-care after such an intense process involves more than just physical care; it is also about emotional and spiritual attention. Respecting and supporting your own needs helps maintain balance and further anchor inner changes.
