Last year I got caught up with my work in the corporate world and felt that it no longer suited me. Burnout was the result that I had to cope with. It was a sign to me that I was not doing well. My life had to be rearranged. I wanted to do something with helping people and I was looking for more connection with myself.

Hypnotherapy & regression
I enjoyed doing the Hypnotherapy & Regression training which helps me tremendously in this work. As a result, I am better able to delve into the participant’s issues, ask the right questions during therapy sessions and know what is going on in people. Everyone comes with their goals around which we form intentions, together if desired. These intentions take the participant on the magical journey of the truffle ceremony.
Each ceremony contributes to processing the past and gaining wisdom to use for the future. I am convinced that the truffle is an important tool to make this world a more beautiful place! Indeed, people need to resolve their trauma and misery so that they have to live less out of fear, lack or discontent.

Program for Transformation
The Program for Transformation has brought me a tremendous amount. I got into it with the intention of finding out why I often have low energy. Too little desire to do things. And I wanted to know why I am often insecure in certain situations, especially when I feel I have to perform.
The first ceremony pushed me right to the edge. The main message was, start with ACCEPTATION. Things are as they currently are. Don’t resist that. Only when you begin to accept it can you make the steps to change it. You also only then begin to see the openings where change is possible. The nice thing is that the coaching calls and assignments in the program ensure that everything stays top-of-mind. The second ceremony taught me that not everything always has to be resolved right in the moment. By looking more from a distance at a nasty situtation, you can create more understanding of why some things are sometimes the way they are. Among other things, this has helped me tremendously in the relationship and way of raising my children. Very grateful for it!
I must say that the microdosing embedded in the program is very helpful. It keeps you more aware in daily life and you begin to recognize recurring themes better. The last ceremony focused on the future, it showed me that I could have faith in the future and that there is a mission waiting for me. And that gives a tremendously nice feeling. It became clear to me that the more aligned you are with your true self, the more you don’t have to take a forced approach to life either. Things will work themselves out and then it can unfold at your pace. In doing so, I never felt there was a direction for me in life. That was also the main reason why I had trouble freeing up energy to do things. Everything was always a must, meaningless. But now I understand from a higher perspective what the goal is, and I want to be able to do my part in that, and that feels super!
